Before you come…

  • Please look over the available dates and pricing page and have a good understanding of your overall budget. We know your venue is one of your first stops in the planning process and having a grasp of your budget will help you in making the important decision of where you will have your wedding.

  • You are welcome to invite anyone you feel should see Oak Meadow Event Center before you decide to go on this journey with us!

  • We do not expect you to sign a contract at your first tour; however, if you are ready then we are ready. We want you to feel confident and at peace in your choice of our venue!

  • We cannot hold dates. Dates are secured only when a contract is signed and the initial deposit is paid.

  • We understand life happens. So if anything comes up and you are not able to make your tour, please try to give us 24 hours notice of your cancellation and we will do our best to reschedule.

  • Lastly, we want to dream with you! We would love to hear about your vision for your special day and what ideas you have for our space.
